Winemaker's Notes
The most romantic of the wines from our cellar, at times almost sweet, strong as love and deep as poetry. Of extraordinary color of ripe cherries with a soft reflection and hints of purple. The taste is of fresh red fruits and spicy notes and the oak provides a breath of vanilla, chocolate and coconuts. Well balanced fruity acids with a long and pleasant aftertaste. This is Pinot Noir at its best.

Food Compatibility and Serving
Goes well with smoked and dried meat, all kinds of red meat, beef steaks, roast meats, game. It's also a good choice with grilled meat, mushrooms and various specialities of the Serbian cuisine and with strong fatty cheeses. Serve at 18 to 20ºC and decant or open 30-60 minutes before serving.
